Looked up the Villa team: Spink, Gage, Gallacher, Lillis, Sims, McInally, Birch, Shaw, Thompson, Blair, Walters. Scarily, that was close to our first 11.

Gallacher  makes Luna look like Leighton Baines

A brief update on the Stripey at work. He waved as we passed on the stairs earlier. I consider it progress.

I see their game was delayed for 15 minutes. Was it to drum up more interest?

Did any of them actually stay long enough to see their goals?

Was he going down? How very appropriate.

Well there was less than 23k there so it didn't work very well.

1 win in 9. 2 points off the drop zone. Booing their manager (again), wanting him sacked (again).

We know what they are.

They soon revert to being as important as Stoke or Norwich which is about, or slightly above, their level of irrelevance
