2010 & counting.....there is always old VHS tapes for nostalgia.

You'll need to access old British Pathé archives to see anything of note that your lot has ever achieved.

Don't exaggerate. Their all-conquering BFR team were the best team ever.

Until it got cold.

I wonder if it ever bugs them that their BFR team was the best Britain has ever seen but won nothing. Then he buggered off and won something at his next three English clubs. Even at Sheffield Wednesday! I realise that he popped back to Albion for a bit in between. A bit like my mate. Last year he did a bit of voluntary charity work in between proper jobs too.

Is Guzan injured then? I must have missed that one. I'll be worried if him and Gabby are out.

He didn't join up with the US squad, the implication being that he was being rested as a precaution (same for Clark).

I think he'll play.

They came 3rd because they were the 3rd best team that year. End of. Granted they played some attractive football but so did the 2 teams who beat them. Thankfully a superior local team did better 2 years later. Fact.

Guzan will be fine, seems Weimann and benteke are o.k aswell, don't think Gabby will make this one.

Agree. USA qualified a long time ago. If he had a minor niggle then they are not going to risk him. No need. He is a squad certainty fir Brazil in any case.

Can anyone tell me if I need to clap on the 19th minute on Monday?  Wouldn't want our stewards to have to clean up any wet patches on the SMmethwick End if I don't.

Calm down son; I'm just trying to get the lie of the land here.  I know you lot "really don't care about West Brom" and I'm just trying to build a few bridges here.

Shouldn't it be the 20th minute anyway?

Remember when the world had to stop turning when Jeff Astle died?

I don't think Albion fans booed Jeff Astle and then pretended to love him once he got poorly?

I mean, come on - even Stan was embarassed by your half arsed attempts at support/faux outrage.

The lie of the land is that no-one else has ever come on here trying to mock Stan. That makes you lower than the worst Small Heath supporter we've endured - you must be so proud of yourself. Now crawl back under your little smalltown rock and tell the rest of your friends how you've "wound us all up". If they've any decency they'll tell you what a piece of shit you are as well.

Massively depends on who's still injured. If guzan's out I think we'll lose.

Clark, Delph, Weimann and hopefully benteke seemed set to come back- but gabby and luna and Bennett still out? Is that the word on the street?

If so I might go:

Guzan - lowton vlaar baker clark - sylla  Westwood Delph - bacuna benteke Weimann

But the idea of bacuna in a front three isn't entirely convincing. Perhaps Tonev with bacuna in midfield.

I've got a feeling he may put kozak and benteke up front which I'm not really convinced by, not least because if the implications for how we set up in midfield

I think he will go for Kozak up top with Benteke. Leaves us light in midfield but we dont really have much options with Gabby out and Weimann out of form. I wouldnt want Bacuna moved out of right back where he has been playing well but suspect Lowton's assist the last day will have done enough to get him back into the side. Tonev might be given another go but that is more indicative of the lack of options we have rather than any confidence he will add anything.

Guzan
Lowton, Vlaar, Baker, Clark
Bacuna, Westwood, Delph, Weimann/Tonev
Kozak, Benteke

Point of clarity:  I'm mocking you, not Stan.
