You can have West Brom if it has the prefix of "Fuck" before it. Deal?

One thought ...really cant see referee (Micheal Oliver) awarding us a penalty after all the coverage they had at Chelsea

@MatKendrick: Michael Oliver will referee Aston Villa's match at West Brom next Monday - not Andre Marriner, sadly ;-) #avfc

I like the Bitter Birds or Stripeyfilth. Both suit them.

May I ask who you see as the bigger rival - WBA or blues ? The reason i ask is bacause you are so to speak being enemy lines in warley.

I see Mulumbu has said playing us is like playing in the European Cup.

Ay, we know what they are alright.

http://www.expressandstar.com/sport/west-bromwich-albion-fc/2013/11/18/west-broms-youssouf-mulumbu-stokes-up-derby-heat/

The second someone compares a league game to "their cup final" or similar, you have all the evidence you need that they're a bunch of a paranoid no marks, with an inferiority complex the size of the Milky Way and can only claim to be well balanced because of an equal number of chips on both shoulders.

We know what they are, they know what they are, the whole fucking universe knows what they are.  Jealous.

See also Small Heath, Coventry, Wolves.

We need a poll!

1) Bitter Birds
2) Stripey Filth
3) Sandwell Town
4) Tesco Bags

If I'm allowed to choose, I will opt for Sandwell Town.

Just perused your forum briefly. The Admin/Mod team there come across as being respectful so I've amended this thread accordingly.

Sky are suggesting Benteke might not make this one. Still think a score draw is on the cards though.

What is wrong with Benteke and what are your replacements like?

I've seen nothing of Kozak, Tonev or Helenius.

The Bitters? Isn't that how Man United refer to Man City?

2-1, Villa

It would be nice if someone could amend the title of the thread in light of this unless someone can produce evidence of the expression being in use with reference to WBA as far back as 1969 at least.

Have a job doing that as I only came up with it about 5 years ago.

Anyway, them 1 Us 3. We know what they are.

Benteke may have come back from his injury too soon and just hasn't hit form yet. He has still scored 5 out of 11 mind.

Tonev is more of a wideman/number 10. He is slowly settling in, but seems to be trying too hard, as every time he takes a pop at goal he tries to murder the ball.

Kozak lacks Benteke's pace, but has a good first touch and has clever movement. Its a massive change of pace, literally, from Serie A to the Premier League, but he has the skill set to do ok in this league.

Helenius hasn't really featured.
