New job for TSM?
« on: November 15, 2013, 09:05:17 AM »
In the papers over here they're reporting that McLeish is heading in for talks about taking over as manager of Brann.

I'm offering them lots of sympathy over it at the minute.

I wish him all the luck in the world at any club who can afford to take Alan Hutton on a permanent deal.

Hopefully he'll make a movement for Hutton.  He'd give the team the desired effect.

Is this the same SK Brann that we beat 10 - 1 in a friendly in the 70's.
Brian Little scored 6 if I remember

I've been to Bergen and it was a lovely place. It dose'nt deserve to have it's local team's supporters bored to death every week.

I guess the one saving grace is that at least if the game is standard TSM tactics you can look up at the mountains and realise it could be worse.  Oddly most of the people here who've said anything are quite excited to be linked with a manager with premier league experience, they'd consider it quite a coup to get get him.  I guess they didn't pay enough attention to our season with him.

He'd be far too defensive with his milk distribution.

He won't I'm afraid.  As soon as he took over at Forest he sent Hutton back, so he seems to have learned his lesson there.
