Just saying but if Lambert doesn't last say 2 more seasons because we keep finishing in the bottom 5-6, will Lerner or Faulkner ever take a risk on a manager from abroad like Mauricio Pochettino. He really has coached the Saints well so far and has them playing a lovely European style of football that will serve them well.

Just wondering if we will ever take that risk on a manager so we might actually shrug off this "counter attacking team" tag that is destroying us...especially at home.

I'm having a half-time coffee with no sugar because I can't be arsed to fight my way over to get some. That what they've done to me.

If we dont win this I think we can finish any where between 15 place to  18th . its not good enough

If we lose a couple of goals here then I think the crowd will start to really turn - huge 45mins ahead.

the thing that gets me is how dross we are from the most basic things. Watch out for our throw ins. Every one is thrown as long as possible down the line for Benteke or Kozac to try and head on. Its abysmal, why not throw back, get the ball on the ground and try and build something?
Our freekicks and corners are the same, never short or clever or built along the ground. Always the same, lump into the middle.

There is one man responsible for this shite

Funnily enough, when we're playing well we quicken up the throw-ins. It's weird, it's like we have two teams and two managers - a shit pair and a good pair.

Lambert has  been sleep-walking towards an angry backlash in recent weeks. Huge, huge half ahead. he needs to send them out to win, and win well.

I think Lambert will turn out to be a good manager. My fear is that this job at villa could end going down as his 'learning experience', or 'the one that went wrong'.

He was brought in because 16th and shit football was unacceptable for a club of our standing. If at Christmas we look on course for more of the same can we really say he has been a success?

A win could bump us up to 9th...which isn't bad...I just can't see us scoring!

We need to win here.  A draw aint good enough and a loss will be the beginning of another shit winter.

I'm a cheery devil.

Last season you were all moaning we couldn't keep a clean sheet and were defensively weak,
This season we are hard to beat but boring,

so why don't you all just fuck off

Tonev moved out wide.  He can hurt us less out there.
