We need to keep a check on the silly fouls in areas where Whittingham can produce good balls into the box aswell, they have a real aerial threat. No diving in.

On one hand, there's no such thing as an easy fixture in the Premier League.

On the other hand, if we can't put on a half decent performance against Cardiff at home, then you have to worry when we will start doing it.

Agree.  Guessing the excuse might be be 'injuries'.

The funny thing is we tend to play through our best players, and with no Delph to go through in the midfield and no Gabby to stretch on the wings, it looks like Guzan-to-Benteke might be our tactic. I hope not, but it wouldn't be the first time.
Quite.  Next week: KEA, Sylla and Westwood all out with neck injuries.

That excuse doesn't wash because if we spent £20m in the summer and only Bacuna has become a regular then it tells you what you need to know about the other £18m he spent on the squad.

Lets just hope we are wrong and Lambert is right and we cane them 2 or 3.

Let's batter them. Johnson and Robinson on the bench? Possible big chance for them later. Kozak and Benteke should smash them tbh.

I laughed, and then I saw that opening. More of that and we'll both be happily proved wrong.

Cardiff are above us due to being a decent team. Any win is a good one!

Lowton should be in for KEA and Bacuna in an attacking mid role.
