one thing I noticed , wheres Weimann's pace gone .  maybe too many Kebab's .

I dont want to criticise him too much, because as always, the work rate is there in abundance, but he certainly looks like he's carrying some timber.  And he looks slower.
Weimanns always been quite a heavy set player. Similar to Rooney, minus the brute strength. He works his bollocks off, but part of what frustrates me about Andi and also Lambos resistence in resting him, or taking him off in certain games, is that he's pretty much fucked by 70 minutes. So he's got to be more sensible with his output I feel, but does need to work on his fitness. I mean Weimann is no slouch but I've never thought he's had pace to burn by any stretch of the imagination. He's quick enough that we can attack at pace but there's very few modern day defenders, particularly at fullback, that he's going to roast.

Respectable kebab munchers don't fall over when grabbed by a lightweight like he did!

I'm with you Aftab. I take it you have carried out scientific research on this point?

Maybe ravel Morrison is as fast as Usain Bolt but I dont think so . He does need a rest but there really is not the quality to replace him.

I have complained that Andi has been picked when he is clearly out of form, but then if I were to sit down and pick a side to play away from home, somebody as industrious as him would get picked.

All I will say after years of toil is Kebabers are under rated! It's a form of athleticism in itself.
