Well that was as crap a display from us as I've seen in a long time.

You obviously missed the Hull game.

We miss Delph more than we missed Benteke. There's nothing going through the midfield without him.

This is as bad as it gets. All those that hounded McLeish out because of his football style need to have a look at that 45mins and tell me how this fucking drivel is any better.

Have to agree it's shocking

Sunderland down to 9 men. Them, Palace, Norwich and Fulham looking shocking.

Lambert needs way more time than he has had so far.

Do you trust Lambert to spend the £ any better than he has so far?

I'm sure he'll get it. Next season will be a big one for him.

Lambert needs way more time than he has had so far.

One has to hope that somebody who has played at the top level and appears as competitive as you would want in your manager is just as frustrated with his players as we are watching them. He's never going to blast them publicly which is a good thing, but he's giving it to them behind closed doors. Yes, he needs more time. Off course, but this is a backward step this season in terms of creativity even though as a unit we look more solid than last season.

Must be much more positive, our midfield 3 is simply too negative.

the massive difference is that McLeish actually wanted to play this way and while on occasion it will happen under Lambert he doesn't. I hope you can see that.
