I bet all the 30 yard shots flew into the net.

Great for kids and interesting for adults. I've been to a few now with Fred as he loves it. If it was just me then once would be enough.

Probably 70% of tonevs shots went sky bound....but boy when he hits the net! He looked lively

He seems to be one of those players that you need to persist with. No good coming on for 15 here and there.
The language barrier can't help. Once he gets his confidence together, who knows what he will do?

I agree. He showed glmpses here and there on Saturday. One to persist with rather than write off after 2 games.

I work with a Bulgarian and he had 2 mates from home pop in yesterday. They reckon Tonev is skilful and talented but will be far too frail for the Premier league unless he bulks up.
