Mod Help Required Please

Hi, I have not been getting replies to questions but in retrospect I think this is probably because I should have had a subject title of "mod help required" rather than "Fans Chance To Play At Villa Park".

I asked if it would be ok to post details of the event in the forum but when I didn't get a response I thought it might be ok if I just went ahead and posted details in the main forum. However, the post was quickly removed so I must have breached forum rules for which I apologise. I was just wondering if someone could advise please how to do something like this properly so I stay within the rules. Thanks very much for your help.
