Is Nzogbia supposed to be back some time in November or is it longer now?

Tired of saying it but we cannot continue with gabby and Weimann out wide in home games -other managers will combat it and we end up getting beaten.

I think whatever side you sit on whether we're good enough, improving or we're not, it's plain to see that our home record is atrocious and unacceptable.

Last i heard it was long term as in months away - unless he has made rapid progress since then,

Losing four out of five at home is frankly appalling, really felt that today could go either way though with the way we played. We created chances and i think we would have gone on to win had we scored the penalty. We have a chance to win some games from now on, it's tempting to post more angry things but i think we should try to stay positive.

What worries me is that I don't think we could compete in the transfer market even if we tried. I don't mean the big guns but the rest, D'you think Wanyama would have left Celtic to go to us with what we offer? Unfortunately history means fuck all nowadays.

Right now, as it stands, Aston Villa is a club in decline, we either get a serious cash injection from somewhere or we do a Wolves.

That's true - it's been all downhill since 1897. If Lambert doesn't win a treble next year I'm not renewing.
???, i Didnt mention 1897 or winning trebles, fact is we are not improving, we seem to be going backwards, our home form is appalling, if you think were moving forward, or even standing still, i`d be genuinley suprised.

Lambert should have til Christmas to improve our home form or else he should get the bullet. The fans who have been so patient are being shortchanged massively

This is complete lunacy.
Not really. It is at the end of the day, a business

Then you should feel free to take your custom elsewhere.

Played better and midfield balance was better. However it's another really poor result at home and simply not good enough. Benteke was poor today, but probably reflected lack of match fitness. Baker just isn't a Premier League defender. My biggest concern is that we were well in the game when we went behind, but the changes Lambert makes frequently result in us losing any momentum or impetus. He doesn't seem to understand how to create pressure.

Baker at centre back was outstanding today, he is a shit left back granted, but is easily a premier league defender.

Why Clark doesn't play left back is beyond me, he is much more accomplished in possession.

I don't think i'm gonna bother going to v.p for a few months it's just not worth the money being spent. Predictable football, poor tactics and going to see the same thing over and over really isn't for me.
