2 points ahead of Utd.

Now we need to follow up with a win against Hull. That'll be tougher than we might expect, but there's no point beating Man City and then not turning up against Hull. 3 league wins on the bounce going into the int break would be fantastic.

Lambert really got it up the midfield in the second half. The KEA goal came from when Clark, instead of launching it, played it short to Delph who worked some space and found KEA, launching the attack. It's so obvious how much better we are when we pass it short.

The third goal, however, was hilarious.

Fabulous and sorry to say it but fuck you Pat Murphy for writing Villa off on R5 after 10 minutes.

You should never be sorry to say "fuck you" to Pat Murphy.

At the end of the day we'll win games like today and lose games we dominate and wonder how. This will do us so much good today, and we scored twice without Gabby and Benteke

Thrice Toronto thrice ;)

Shit that's right!

That bug eyed fool Moyes means that we still won't be first on Match Of The Day.

I have only bet on us twice this season, and both of those were for us to win against arsenal and man city. I simply could not resist 8/1 and 6/1 respectively. I think I may bet more often 😉

I await the next time we are ridiculously priced, although I didn't disagree lol

I think I will have a lie down and savour the moment and ease my sore throat from that 3rd goal - what an amazing last hour it has been :D

Not really. We're hardly perfect, but the way we came out second half and immediately passed it bravely from the back showed that Lambert does want them to play the right way. Sometimes he manages it, sometimes he doesn't, and a Hoolahan-type player would help him no end, but when he gets it right it is very encouraging.

First things first it's an absolutely fantastic and unexpected result, so well done. It was noticeable that the first two goals came from moves that started with passing along the deck and movement and the club must realise and learn from that. The third goal was very route one, but it was a sensible move because it was two against two so we had a better chance. I hope the tactics we set up with were as a result of injuries and we don't set up like that in future, because we need to be far more proactive in future. Citeh should have beaten us but we showed character. In future we need to show a lot more quality to get consistent results though. However it was a great result.

How about we just enjoy the moment? And if you think things are that bad at the club you're deluded. We struggle at home to play the way we like to play. That needs to be fixed. But San Andreas fault it isn't
