To my eyes it looks like that ball goes from City's defenders to KEA in 1-1 goal, and as far as I know, then it can't be offside.

It was offside but then if you think of the decisions that have gone against us this, let alone last one, it is a small turn in our direction. However, I don't think it was even deflected, it looked like a smart dink between the players to KEA.

Those of you watching on TV what was the run to the dugout after the first goal all about?

Just seemed to go to the bench and get mobbed by the subs. You don't see that much over in the PL. Seems to be a continental thing, but long may it continue.

The first goal was offside and we did not get the decision - but every time we made a mistake, we conceded."

I've only seen the goals on here, and just the once so far but, on that first viewing it looks to me like Dzeko was standing in an offside position directly in front of Guzan for their first goal.  Pots and kettles and all that.

Yep, Dzeko definitely offside and interfering with play (imo).

I haven't seen anyone post this so far so apologies if it has but, the little pass from Bacuna to El Amahdi for his goal was absolutely superb.

Celebrating with the manager and the bench.

I hope in a few weeks or months time people aren't rewriting history claiming this was a great performance like they did after Anfield last season.

A great win, YES. But far from a good performance

Lets wallow in the 3 points for now but we've GOT to demand better on the pitch otherwise we're going nowhere
Amazing post. We beat probably the league champion's this season and definitely the most expensively assembled team in the world after being a goal behind twice  and this is the best you can come up with?

In many ways, it was a poor, poor performance - especially the first half - but then again, I can think of shed loads of matches over the last year or so where we've played well and deserved something and got fuck all, so I am entirely happy to take these three points having not played very well.

The goals
&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Hadn't a clue what commentator was saying but I think he knew it was a great Villa win.

Bacuna ma tata!
Inna mattar is the word he uses most which roughly equates to it's going it's going as in going to happen. He uses a lot of ya allah ya allaha which can be directly translated to  oh my god and i do like his yaaaaaaa Alllllllllllahhhhha  after Bacuna's free kick!

Bacuna ma tata - is my poor attempt to quote a line from the song in Lion King!

Bacuna is looking impressive , we have needed a free kick specialist for a while now and although I feel sorry for Lowton I think he will struggle to get back in the team if bacuna continues to impress.

Kea was very impressive today and deserves praise too.

Indeed , I think its even sweeter because after the first half nobody could have imagined us scoring three times to win - it was such a turnaround .

To think we've faced Arse, Chelski, Lplop and Man shitty in the first 6 games. I think I'd have taken 9 points from that!!
