Ben Arfa has had the beating of luna all day - we have been poor today and again shoot ourselves in the foot - the game was there to win and we have fucked up .

I just glanced up to TV and saw Gouffran had scored and said  'get in'. He doesn't play for Villa does he, must pay more attention.
