Well that was fucking dreadful only positives, I don't think we can possibly be that bad again(if we play like that all season we'll be relegated) and the fact it's only 1-0. Fucking awful Villa sort yourselves out, if we had three subs left I'd have KEA and Weimann off. I think that shows how badly we need a creative midfielder.

So many players below par in that half - it was utterly unacceptable , i never saw this coming.

In fairness considering our home form of the last couple of seasons it's hardly a deviation from the norm

I thinks I'd bring Tonev on for Weimann. I haven't got a clue if he's any good or not, but at this point he couldn't be any worse.

Good point. Weimann has been dire this season.

Yep it'd be difficult to be worse. The entire side has been embarrassing and should be ashamed of that first half. Up to them to make massive turn around in second half.

Just watched the goals from Arsenal and from Spurs. How I wish we had a player who could pass like Ozil or Eriksen!

Eriksen was only £4m more than Kozak. I'm not saying we could have competed with Spurs for Eriksen, on wages as much as anything, but if that's the market surely we'd have done better to try something like that.

I couldn't agree more. Kozac may well be very good, but glaringly not what the team needs right now.

Just for balance, we deserved at least a point from Chelsea and were robbed and the second half against Liverpool was decent. So Arsenal wasn't a one off.
No arguments about being shit in this first half though. The home crowd really deserve better than what's been served up for the last few years.

I still think we'll win this though.

It's up to manager to sort it out, because it's not isolated the entire team has been dreadful. I mean KEA, Westwood, Lowton and Weimann stand out a bit for me, but they've all been really poor. Massive turnaround needed, we shouldn't be getting the runaround by Newcastle.

6 wins in 33 ...

Seeing the midfield bossed again and the lack of creativity I do have to question why we sent so much on another striker..especially one who is a target man when we have no width

I think Delphs been good. Lowtons been strangely reluctant to get forward, maybe a tactical change to try and restrict Newcastle. If so it hasn't worked and we need the full backs to get forward or we have no width.

Get Sylla on, we need more presence to dominate.

In January we desperately need a creative midfielder and I pray that Okore's injury is only a minor knock.
