Our home form in the last 22 months is pretty shocking. Since we beat Lambert's Norwich in November 2011 we have recorded only 6 league victories in 33 home games. A massive concern, we have to alter our style of play at home.

Defending is the issue for me. The top sides can opt for all out defending in the knowledge they are unlikely to concede a goal. We know if we do the same sooner or later, usually sooner, we'll let one in.

I still remember something an Everton supporter said after they'd played Chelsea in a semi-final or similar a few years ago because it struck such a chord - "They didn't have to play particularly well, just do the basics, because they knew they we'd make a mistake eventually." That's the difference between the best and the rest.
