So where exactly is a snake's groin?

In this case all over, as it's right beside the ******.

We need to change the chant, instead of 'Fabian Delph, is sat on the bench!' 'Fabian Delph, is sat on the couch!'

No snake boy in the 23 for Euro 2016.  My heart bleeds purple piss.

Harsh on Drinkwater. Henderson and Wilshire birth lined miles off fit to me.  Yet again England take 3 potentially injured players to a tournament.  Shows how much we learn from past mistakes.

He hasn't improved by leaving has he? He didn't get relegated but he hardly set the world alight and it didn't improve his england prospects

Haven't you heard....Wiltshire is a player that grows into a tournament. Whatever that means.  Henderson,  I have no idea what he is doing anywhere near an International side as I don't think the required skill set is based around repeatedly giving the ball away to the opposition.  All this even without injury doubts hanging over them.

If I was Drinkwater I'd be well pissed off.

He needs to get himself a gig at a team playing at the top end of the table, challenging for trophies, oh.

Looking at the squad to see what has really changed since the Brazil 2014 debacle and the answer is not a lot. In essence, better full backs, and a couple of genuine hopefuls up front. Plus not carrying Lampard and Gerrard any longer I suppose.

It's not a great deal. Whatever Henderson and Wilshere are doing to Hodgson, it had to be pretty special.

Not carrying Lampard and Gerard, but carrying Henderson and Wilshire?
If that's progress give me the middle ages.

The full backs can't defend. So you need defensive midfielders to cover it. But we didn't pick them either.

Maybe Hodgson is hoping we'll just out score teams because I don't think we'll be keeping any clean sheets.

Will pyjamas be back in fashion at Euro 16?  Ex Villa loanee, Gabor Kiraly selected for Hungary squad at the age of 40.

Dier has played that role well for Spurs.  I thin he is the key to the squad performing.  He can drop into CB to create a back 3 allowing the full-backs attack.  Plus he has limited ambition to cross the half way line which should allow the other midfielders, maybe even Lallana, to play between the lines.  He'll either unlock the team's potential or be a CB trying to play as a midfielder, but worth the risk imo.

He is but in some games i would have sat Drinkwater in there with him too. Henderson and Wilshire are miles off fitness.  It's been proved time and again that taking players with little football due to injury in the build up rarely works.  Just smacks of Roy not having the balls to leave one of his boys out even for the good of the team.
