Fair enough.  Sometimes humour just doesn't work typed out.  I should know, I've done it often enough :-[
When?

Adreno, my wife claims to have seen Sea Tiger in Towyn Tescos.  She says he is a dead ringer for Howard in Last of the Summer Wine.

Probably carrying off the remains of his international career.

That's either his conscience troubling him or they are a prescient warning of how his career is going to go once Pep arrives.

That's a career-killer.  Just ask Marc Albrighton...

I was really annoyed when Delph did his U-turn and left us for Man City.

However I have it on good authority (straight from another Man City player), that Delph actually wanted to stay, but the club (Fox) told him they wanted him off the wage bill to save money and pretty much forced him to leave. He fully intended to stay at Villa.

Oh dear. The things people do just to remind the media and England manager he still exists.

I don't believe that for one second.

Everything reported both at the time and since then suggests that is extremely unlikely to be true.

Sounds like rubbish to me. More likely is the story which came out on here around the time of the move, that once City's move for Pogba/another world class CM collapsed, Delph's interest increased as he believed he could be the main man, and get more game time.
