There is going to be some atmosphere on 7th November - I wonder if City might even withdraw the lying twat from their squad for that game?
He will either be left out totally or they will go full 180 and start him. The sheer arrogance of the club suggests the latter to me .

Quote
“As a kid watching the game on TV and then as a young footballer you dream about testing yourself against the best in the world, to compete for major trophies and to play in the Champions League. I’ve proved that I can play at the very top level with England and believe I owe it to myself to take the challenge of playing for one of the biggest clubs in the world in Manchester City.
Richest not biggest and never will be. You played for a class club now you are at Greedistan. Just count your money and shut the fuck up.

And don't ever mention us again - you disgust us and we want nothing ever to do with you again. No one gives a shit about you here or what happens to you, you lying little fcuker

I could actually see the police advising City to do the former on the QT

He could have gone for nothing.

Perhaps we told him we'd already bought his replacement so he could do one!

He'll probably be sat on their bench for most of the game. He'll probably get 5 minutes at the end to walk on and get the wankers from 40,000 fans.

I'd say it's pretty obvious we didn't do that.

As an aside I see Keown has stuck his nose in and referenced the 'backlash' he had from Villa fans.

He'll probably have it written into his contract that he doesn't get picked for their game down here.

Right I think I'm over this tosser now.
Impressed with today's signing, and with a few more coming in next season might not be the same as the struggles of the last 5 before.

If he's been the skipper with the attitude he has then I'd suggest he's been part of the problem. His stats aren't exactly jaw dropping either. And who was captain prior to him ? Oh balser wood Ron, another chancer.
We are better off without them .

Very highly rated English young player not sure of his age 19 or 20 - midfielder

They are just filling up their English quota of players

He didn't. He gave us £8m when he didn't need to sign a new contract. Villa were complicit in agreeing the buyout.
Delph is guilty of making false statements about his intentions and commitments - in January and again last Saturday. He's an arse for shooting his mouth off so insincerely.
We're well rid of him and should just move on.

I love the idea that Delph gave us something for nothing. I'm pretty sure he got a significant wage increase and signing fee in exchange for a release clause that wouldn't trouble any top half club.
