Can we try something along the lines of that Scottish manager. However this would mean never discussing-mentioning ...........ever again.

He's dead to me!

I shall never use his name again. He is the ÜberHodge.

Gregg "Scoop" Evans reckons he changed his mind because Benteke is going. At least that's what it said in his headline. It only gets a passing mention in the text, right next to a reference to Man City offering better personal terms this week.

Once the dust has settled, and we look at this whole sorry saga, we will see this as just another example of just how contemptible the average premiership footballer has become. No one should ever resent someone looking to better themselves in what ever job they do and footballers are no different. If Delph had told C£ty that he was unsure if he was making the right decision and wanted more time to think about it, I think most people would understand that. What REALLY boils my piss is the statements, not once but twice, professing love of the club, the manager, the chairman and the fans and then turning round and acting as he has. Both Delph and Sterlng at Liverpool have taken disrespect for all around them to a new level. And the common denominator, Manchester fucking City, a club who hold all others in contempt, show no respect to anyone and act like the playground bully. As has been said many times before, why do we bother as we are one of probably fifteen clubs who only exist to give the other five something to do on match days.

Delph may be a c*unt, but after "that" statement on the OS, we have become the joke of the English PL. The amateurs night show!
Yep and the OS should be taking down the buy a ST flyer with The Yorkshire wanker and Benteke in it .

If he'd left last week i'd have wished him all the best. Part of me now thinks he is an absolute thundercunt of the highest order, another part of me doesn't blame him for going. I think thundercunt will be the clear winner though because of his recent statement.

I'm not sure what's worse. Him leaving or the media back slapping that they were right all along.

Losing Yorke was a kicker. I was 12 at the time and it felt monumental. Even Barry going was really hard to take. Milner less so for me. But Delph? It just about registers. Go do whatever you want mate. He was blessed to play for Aston Villa and lucky that the club stood by him through injury and poor form (all of O'Neill's era, Houllier's era, McLeish's era). 'Meh' in a word.

Can't you read between the lines? That statement was the minimum of professional courtesy. It speaks volumes of what they think of him.

Delph knew Benteke was going, it's bullshit. Claiming he intended on staying the length of his contract, bullshit, he inserted an £8m clause in it after all. The guy is just a liar now and anything he says i'll take with a pinch of dog shit. He will try and justify his piss takery anyway he can right now.

They're not clever enough to be contemptible. They're just a bunch of forever-teenaged, tattooed and ear-ringed Chavs trying to be celebutards
