It's about time the club made a statement - we're looking pretty bloody stupid at the moment .

They are waiting for the Shuminites(?) to give them guidance.

To say what he said on Saturday on top of what he said in January and then to do this is possibly the most openly dishonest thing I've witnessed in football and that is saying something.

This is as low as it gets,  club need to step up and explain.
What a bloody mess,  think the three season tickets are on the back burner, absolutely crap.

How can it be a fair playing field when the bully boy tactics of billionaire playthings just trample over the hopes and aspirations of every team except 3 or 4.

The Premier league and Sky football is a joke.

It hasn't improved the England team like it was meant to do.

All it has done is ruin the game for the normal fan.

W@nkers

sometimes I wish they would just fuck off to their own bloody league.

I know what you mean, but I don't think it would have any effect.  In fact players would be more likely to want to go and play in a 'super' league.

Snidey Judas.

Why can't footballers just come clean and be honest instead of feeding us all bullshit.

Does this stem from the non sale of the club that is being "run" from that buffoon?

Spoke to Lisa Smith just and she said he's left because he was assured Benteke was staying. So he's reneged.....

Perhaps the drafting of Delph's contract is flawed.   Perhaps the u turn was because his lawyers had had pointed out to them by Villa's lawyers that the buy out clause did not operate the way Delph's lawyers had said it would.   Faced with not being able to go to Man City for purely legal reasons Delph had to save face by saying he was not going after all and try to look the good guy.   In the intervening period Delph's lawyers have taken Counsel's opinion on the clause and have been advised that it is water tight.   Cue Delph being free to do what he intended to do in the first place.   Just a theory.

Conspiracy theory thread is buried in Off Topic somewhere 😉
