Pathetic Newspaper trying to get attention over something unnecessary.

It's clickbait, innit?

I'm surprised they don't just move to headlines like:

"Passengers at Birmingham airport couldn't believe what they didn't see today! Click to find out..."

I suppose we should be grateful that the bit about his wife expecting isn't in font size 1.

They're just trying to make something worth reading when there's either nothing going on or they're in the dark just as much as the rest of us.

Another Birmingham Mail wind up

They really are a bunch of shit stirring cock sockets.

Underneath this headline

Aston Villa captain Fabian Delph has NOT jetted out with squad for Portugal training trip

You find this.

Quote
Captain Fabian Delph has not travelled out with the Aston Villa squad for their pre season training camp in Portugal.

Tim Sherwood's men jetted off without the skipper from Birmingham airport this morning for their warm weather getaway in the Algarve.

But Delph's absence is believed to be because his wife Natalie is expecting their second child, rather than having anything to do with ongoing speculation linking him with a move to Manchester City. The couple already have a young daughter, Sofia.

I would just like to thank Villa In Denmark for copying and pasting that article as it meant I didn't have to give that embarrassment a viewing figure which is what they wanted using that headline.

Now if more people were like Villa In Denmark and took one for the team copying and pasting and pasted it here The Birmingham Mail wouldn't get any website hits and would slowly disapear.

The problem is I am not sure where Birmingham Post is put together and for sure "copy" staff have no affiliation whatsoever with the City or clubs. Wankers any how!

He already has a child! Typical grasping footballer, wanting another one.

It's put together at Fort Dunlop. You can't get any more Birmingham than that.

The Villa Page in the online Mail is woeful  , they know less than me or you , and they try and bamboozle you

with comment and rumour that they have stolen from other rags.

It is a lot of nothing

Going off topic a bit, there were some great ariel shots over Fort Dunlop in the 1920's, and there was literally nothing around it for miles.

I'm amazed. I had no idea Fort Dunlop was surrounded by countryside in that period.

My mother used to cycle there and back every day from Winson Green in the late '20's and most of the '30's.

As an aside it is a fantastic resource that website. I actually use it for work, when preparing reports on historical industrial disease claims, and you can pull up pictures of factories in the 20s onwards.  Some interesting photos of the areas around Villa Park.

I have to say that aerial shot of the Fort Dunlop is simply fantastic and my late Dad always said that you know when your in Birmingham when you pass Fort Dunlop.
