Thanks for the gif. What a finish. 3 world class defenders around him AND he beat Cech at his near post.
Cahill is far from World Class

I've said since we sold him that if you took away his goals Cahill is only a bit above average defender.

We just need to stop the game getting too open.

I dunno PWS.  I fancy us to get a goal on the break against anybody right now.
My thoughts

We do but with the way this Chavski side can pass and move if we are too open we could be carved apart. We need to attack but stay disciplined at the same time.

CHHHAARRGGGEEEE!!!

You are hereby sentences to death for using a combination of capital letters and multiple exclamation marks, suggestive of a villa goal.

Haha, sorry.

Sounds stupid but he's more Villa class than Chelsea class, if you get me

Yellow card all day ref, apart from when it's for one of the 'big' teams.

I get exactly what you mean as I agree. I think his goals mask his limitations.

Just a busted eyebrow on Clark. Stiched up and watching the game from the bench. Should be ok for next game but with Okore playing like this....

Andi seem to NOT get much going tonight. Tonev? Helenious? Sylla? Bacuna?
I'd like to see Helenius on at some point, but it is unlikely. Perhaps on Saturday.
