I just think we need to battle as we did on Saturday.  The problem here is that Chelski are a far better than a fading arsenal side.  If we keep at em and keep stuffing iy up em we stand a chance of getting something out of this game.

That's the spirit.

Come on Villa.

Chelsea could play a pensioner in a bathchair at the top of their forward line and still carry the greater goal threat. And that's against better teams than Villa too.

We look a little laboured in the pass.  Need to wake up a bit or it'll be 3 or 4.

Only fifteen minues and all that, but our system seems to be playing perfectly into Chelsea's hands, particularly with regard to their wider players. I think we'd be better with an additional midfielder (Sylla?) to crowd them a bit more and break up their passing. They don't look anywhere near as susceptable to the break, so the three attackers might be one two many, really.

I've found a stream with no commentary, just crowd noise. Brilliant
better than listening to that utter ****** Alan Green...

I think it is too early in the Jose return period to get a result there. the re-scheduling to this date really hurt on the back of a very draining game at Arsenal. They are streets better than us and are exploiting our biggest weakness.

Lets not get carried away, this time last week we would have been happy with a good performance and avoid a battering.  I would still be happy with that.

it took us 20 minutes really to settle down and you cannot do that against the better teams because the margin for error is so small. That said, long way to go and we have to find our feet. The guns up front are as dangerous as any in the top flight so we always have a chance there.
