In order to purchase from either Mr Shin or Captain Chaos, people have to walk right past the "Official Programme" Huts. Yet some people still can't figure out that H&V isn't the same as the Official Programme.People am stupid
We seem to have a new vendor this year- he was very grateful we stopped, said he was Percy's son and that he would have to go back up the chimney/down the mine if he didn't sell enough (or something like that anyway)
