I'll be in Tunisia, so I'm hoping to hear a surprising win.

2-1 defeat, but with a respectable performance that allows us to head into the Liverpool game with good confidence. I'd like to see Jonas come in for this game alongside Vlaar and then if Vlaar plays badly again, drop him for the Liverpool game

Who is Jonas?

Do you mean Jores ?

Normally we play fairly well against Chelski. Not accounting for a couple of vicious tonkings in the last 4 seasons. I think we'll do well, but sadly they look very strong. Defensively they're not entirely convincing. Terry is a long way past his best, and Cahill is still prone to the odd mare. We'll score, but I don't think we'll be able to keep them out.

3-2 Chelsea.

Much as I want to see Jores in the side, I do think Clark has more than earned a start in this game. I felt he was a game changer when he came on and we looked more solid with him at the back (much to my surprise). I think Lambert will probably start with Clakkers.

I think it'll be Okore and Vlaar.

I'm sure it won't have escaped Lambert's attention the difference between Clark's performance in the 8-0 game and Okore's for Nordsjælland in the Champions League against them.

Clark was very decent yesterday, but Giroud isn't particularly fast - with Torres, Lukaku and Hazard I think the extra pace will be needed.

I hope Sylla and Okore both play - definitely need more power and energy for this - hope Benteke can bully both Cahill and Terry - both look a bit slow to me.

Chelsea look well below their best today against hull- if they play like this on Wednesday then we will certainly have a chance against them .
Could be to our advantage playing them early on before they get into their stride.

A down-to-earth, run-of-the mill, only-to-be-expected 0-2 loss.
Chelsks are a different waminal to Arsenal...

Like the Arsenal match I've no idea how this is going to go but I'm certain of two things - we won't keep a clean sheet and Benteke will score.

Mourinho will put out his strongest side on Wednesday in preparation for their game against the Plastics. He'll want them to be familiar with each other and will feel that they can get a few early goals then make a few tactical subs in the last 15-20 minutes.

I hope we don't burn ourselves out as the Liverpool game is far more important, not only is it essential we improve our record at Villa Park but also we stand far more chance of taking all three points. Weimann may be rested for Tonev, Jores probably in for Clark which will leave Luna very exposed next to Vlaar, especially as Chelsea look to prefer to attack down the left. Tough call regarding the midfield; we'll need Sylla's energy but KEA needs games to prove he deserves to claim the shirt.

I hope Lambert has one eye on Saturday's game and doesn't go all gung-ho on Wednesday as Chelsea will make us pay.

3-0 Chelsea.

We have done it before and we'll do it again. we have a team now that will get better. Chelski are old men who have lot the will to live. Lambert has a new hungry crew who'll run rings around them! We are pushovers like Hull today!

As much as it sickens me, I agree. Not that agreeing with you sickens me, I just absolutely detest Chelsea and they'll probably win the league.
