Szczesny, Sagna, Koscielny, Mertesacker (c), Gibbs, Ramsey, Wilshere, Rosicky, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Walcott, Giroud

I'm sorry to be such a negative bloke, but I think that team is pretty capable of running rings around our defenders. They'll win.
Arsenals defence is as bad as ours....Gab, Tekers and Andi could smash the bastards to bits today of they wanted too

Quite a strong team for arsenal considering their reported injury crisis , midfield will be a key area , hoping kea can step up to the plate today .

For anyone who does not know, ours is the commentary match on 5 Live.

Waiting to see how many posters in the next hour ask where they can hear a commentary. (Why was that Millwall cup game played on a Friday evening again?!)

Arsenal's midfield and forwards look very strong.

Fucking hell. Game hasn't started and you've got your white flag out. A number of those players were barely passed fit as of yesterday. First game of the season pretty much all of the conventional rules of ability go out of the window, so there is no reason at all why we can't win. If you are an Arsenal defender are you looking forward to facing Gabby, Weimann and Benteke?

Oh, I can quite easily see us scoring! Maybe even a couple! But keeping them out? BAsed on what we know of our defence, I think it's unlikely.

Fucking hell. It's hardly the most conroversial opinion, is it? They have a good team, and I think they'll win. It's hardly predicting reegation, is it?

Looking at that makes it easy to understand why Arse fans are frustrated by their lack of signings. Same team as last season, which did finish fourth but was otherwise underwhelming.

They've got a lot of pace up front, which worries me as Ron Vlaar and Nathan Baker aren't the quickest.
