Be interesting what they say when I renew my ST on Friday as I will want to watch the Shamrock game on Sunday.

I'm going to be interested to see what happens if my new season ticket pack doesn't arrive by Sunday, as last year's AVTV subscription has expired today. As I renewed my ST pretty much as soon as they announced the prices (March/April?), I will be pretty unimpressed if I have a gap in coverage. Why put an expiry date in before all the new packs a out?

No problem. The slightly higher-tech equivalent of turning it off for a bit, or hitting it with a hammer.  Works every time.

Looks as though the club have picked up on this. This afternoon I got an email from them advising me of my AVTV activation code in case my ST pack hadn't turned up in time to  renew my AVTV (free) subscription.

Pws I'd imagine they will do what they did to me and sent you 1 months free subscription. Then just activate the new code when it arrives

What they said to me is they'll make a note that I need the AVTV code and will try and get someone to email me with the code. I'm not overly confident so think there is a high probability that I won't be watching the Shamrock game.

Yes - today I have received both my season ticket pack AND an email with my access code! The husband did ask me why I was moaning about a problem that hadn't even happened yet, which is a fair point.

as an exile it is the closest we get to whats happening at villa park,thou its not the best it is an hour i enjoy here in oz
