An apology:

Dear LEE,

We would sincerely like to apologise to AVTV subscribers for the lack of video coverage against Wycombe on Saturday.

We had billed AVTV as the “only place to watch all of our six domestic games live”. But, as you’re more than aware, the transmission did not work for our encounter at Adams Park on Saturday. Due to technical problems experienced by our website partners Perform, we were unable to deliver the service we communicated with you earlier this month. We have been in close and regular contact with Perform since Saturday and they are immensely apologetic both to us as an organisation and to our fans.

The good news is that Perform have assured us that the technical problems have now been fully rectified and we will be showing the remaining five games live as planned as part of your subscription, including Luton v Villa tonight at 7.45pm.

Mine just doesn't work at all and it says last seasons code has already been used, i can log into avfc then avtv just tells me to purchase a subscription

I've been a season ticket holder for like 10 years, i don't see why i'm having such difficulties now
