The new goal music and cheerleaders really add something to The Matchday Experience

Even as a joke that one makes me grit my teeth!

Didn't we do it for a while around the Carbone time, Or have I dreamt that?

Wouldn't it be ace of we got back that fella with the bugle? I always thought it was a shame he only did it for one game.

70th minute. Being overrun by the billionaire top 4 team. No way should Lambert bring on his first substitute.

There was one match in the Lerner era in which we flirted with goal music.

I remember dancing around after we'd scored, only to be stopped in my tracks by the sound of Chelsea Dagger by the Fratellis ringing out over the PA.

There was such a groundswell of dissatisfaction regarding this to the General (it was before he did one) that it never happened again.

Sad news about Harry Hill passing. Drummond must be in bits.

Jesus Christ.

I just landed on this thread, didn't realise it was the Unlikely things thread, read that, thought "WHAT THE FUCK?" and did a google news search for Harry Hill.

I had a similar shock when Fernando Alonso popped up in 'Celebrity Deathwatch' while the Grand Prix was on today.

Many of us said after the Newport debacle Lambert should have done the Honorable thing and walked. How right were we.

Just had one of those moments where you click on a thread, get distracted for a moment and forget what thread you're on. Just had a WTF moment reading that as a result.

Edit - apparently Pauliewalnuts did the same thing.
