Wow, that's a shock. RIP Rutski
You know, i did'nt realise it was Rutski off here, that really is awful. He was kind enough to pm me back a couple of times about something last year and he came across as a nice chap. That really is such a shame.

He was a decent poster. Very informed and knowledgeable. Extremely pleasant to engage in discussion with. He will be missed.

He was always very positive on here as well, he seemed to hate any kind of negativity which is what i liked about him.

I will definitely be going to Marks funeral - just need to find out the details please .
I used to work with him at the Prudential in the late 90s - he had recovered from previous illness then - he was a great lad , always had time for a chat and a laugh - and always spoke sense about the Villa . I had the pleasure of going to his wedding reception in Bewdley which was a really great evening , surrounded by his friends and family .
Mark then left to go and work with his Dad in the family business - and the next time I bumped in to him was outside Wembley with his Wife , England vs Brazil, in the early 2000s. It was like we had seen each other the week before , that's just how he was .
Fast forward 10 years and I met Mark again in the Lions Club with his lads - again , it was just like we had seen each other the week before - after 10 yrs .
A great lad, a proper villa man and true holte ender in the sky .
God bless mate - UTV

Sad news. Seemed a very amiable chap.
I don't remember hearing of a death of a poster from H&V before in the past decade.
I have tried to look at his old posts but the function to view other people's posts doesn't work.
