Do Villa have to pay to publish fixtures?

Any ideas when Sky will tear up the fixture list and provide us with their version?  I'd like to get trains booked for Arsenal now.

Travelling from Manchester I can get a day return including travel card for £38.00 sweet.  Knowing my luck I'll book it and they will move us.

We could do it like this....Wenger (a) the Saturday after Friday 16th August
Rogers (h)  the Saturday after Friday 23rd August

etc etc

We could. It would still breach copyright.
But it isn't copied...its completely different. And what about during last season, people would put the next 5 fixtures in February, is that still copyright?

Its passing off, which is an infringement of IP rights.

Which is fine until you get as far as Newcastle

Don't understand why they are so precious about the fixtures being published elsewhere, most of them will bear no relevance whatsoever to when the matches will actually be played.

at least 2 of the 3 teams promoted will play against the top teams, would bet on that

Chelsea will have Hull at home. Guaranteed.

The exciting thing for me about the fixture list is that it will give us a chance to pinch that final CL spot from Spurs in front of their fans, before we have to come back to London again for the FA Cup final the following weekend.

The copywrite thing is another reason to hate modern football,it goes on the list in-between clubs that plays music after a goal and Tim Lovejoy.

Aww, one later so it was between Tim Lovejoy and the people that employed Tim Lovejoy (which is followed by people who like Tim Lovejoy) would be better.

Apart from the two home games over Christmas, I'm not very happy with the fixture list. I'd have liked to have seen a few more easier games in there to build up some momentum but we'll just have to hope we're firing on all cylinders from Day 1.

I can't understand the stupidity of all the games on January 1st. Apart from Fulham - West Ham, almost every away team's fans will have to travel ridiculous distances when there's little, if any, public transport.

At least some tradition has been kept with our last home game where we relegate somebody, poor old Hull will be the victims this season.

I see our game away to Chelsea has already bitten the dust - they're playing in the European Super Cup on the Friday.

Shame about Cardiff away being a Tuesday night, would have made a weekend away out if that one, Southampton midweek is a pain or fans but will mean I should easily get tickets for my local game.
