I liked the concept of the half time quicky in the paper. Do the deed and you still have ample time to brew a cuppa, microwave some popcorn, and take that dump you've been holding in. Then you can relax for the last 5 minutes before the second half starts.
Or if you're not hungry/thirsty and don't need a dump, you can have it off 3 times and still have that relaxing 5 minutes.
