One thing for sure is we need a rabid villa park crowd for this, to see us across the line.

I reckon 4-1, these guys will be wrapped in cotton wool. Benteke, Gabby and Andi to make it 3-0. Some scrote for them. Then a last minute corner, Terry Sideshow Bob and Cahill will be marking Benteke, leaving space at the near post where Guzan has run up to soar like a pegasus, to make a rocket header into Fat Franks belly, knocking him and the ball into the back of the net. Sky will obviously report this as Lampard breaks Chelsea goal scoring record

I think we are across the line anyway but lets end the season in style.

I agree with this, totally.

Chelsea will win tonight and cement a top 4 finish. Then they'll rest a few players before the Europa League final.

Match abandoned after Lampard puts them one nil up and the flooding from the journo's box causes the pitch to be unplayable.

I'd love to get a result to see us mathematically safe but I think Chelsea will have enough to see us off again even if they rest some players. We'll score but we can't keep a clean sheet so they'll score more. 2-3 to them.

Assuming Chelsea avoid defeat tonight, I think it will be a draw. It is a result that would suit both teams. Lampard nailed on to score.

A win. We are not only staying up, we are top half!

I'm gonna make a prediction after seeing how Chelsea fare tonight.

If they win tonight, I reckon we might get a draw.

That's what I'm thinking, too.

But if they do beat Spurs, I fancy us to turn over their likely reserve side.

It's a shame the weather forecast doesn't look promising.  There's no better sight walking to a football ground in May as you approach St Peters Church with the Cherry Blossom in full bloom.  It should be our first full house too as 41,000 tickets have been sold already.  I want a win, we need some pay back.

Never trust a weather forecast three days in advance.
