Win tomorrow and I believe we're safe. Anything less and we'll need a result against Wigan and I really, really really don't want us to be going to Wigan last day of the season  needing a result to stay up. 2-1 Villa win

Can't quote at work so in reply to eamonn - yes, i do still have serious worries about relegation. If we win tomorrow and get some space between us, Wigan, Newcastle, and Narrch then I would be getting a little more confident. I think that we have the tughest run-in of those around us. Newcastle have Wet Ham and QPR away, and then Arsenal. I can see points there. Wigan have Swansea, Albion, as well as a home game against us. If Wigan need 3 points against us to stay up how many people here would back against them? I had knots in my stomach on the lead up to Monday night and its starting again ahead of tomorrow. i really am not looking forward to Wigan.

Anyway, Underland have two home games left - Stoke and Southampton and you'd think they'd get points from those games.

Yes, we're in a half-decent position. But its not inconceivable that we'd get nothing from norwich or Chelsea leaving us having to go to Wigan to get something. Which we really do not want to be doing. that is also why tomorrow, again, is massive. A win and we're almost there. A draw or a defeat and we will be definitely going to Wigan having to get something out of it.

On Norwich City fans forum, suggestions are that Bassong will be fit for tomorrow from a knee injury, but Turner likely to miss the game.

We have a good record at Wigan. But in any case I think we'll pick up points in all the remaining games starting with a win tomorrow.

Peter W, i disagree with Toon army.  First up Big Sam who bears grudges, and has two ex Newcastle playes champing at the bit.  Next up is the pressure off QPR.... Now they are down, they will be up to sign off at home with a good display, and looking at a team that will be set up for next year, i expect no journeymen.  Finally Arse who will be fighting for fourth with their awd enemy, Spuds.  I think this is the toughest run in]

If they need to beat us to stay up we will win, comfortably. They will have to come at us, and we will pick them off.

And they will have played a punishing fixture pile up, have lost key players, may lose more and we are in good form and play well there. I think we'll be safe by then but I'd be confident of beating them regardless.

Challenge of the day. Check out QPR's 25 man PL squad and try to pick a side with no journeymen or mercenaries that won't be there next season.

1-2 for me, still no clean sheet but we can certainly score.

We have to hang on to him till the 2016 Olympics.

You mean so we can enter him for the high-jump?

The high jump, the pole vault, the basketball...a one-man team! Sadly, I've just realised -  that team would be Belgium.

That is assuming Wigan pick up results in the meantime.  I think it is quite conceivable that Wigan could not win a game in the lead up to the final day, in which case we will be fine.

It is about time they had something new to shout about rather than Van Damme, Eddie Merckx, Poirot and Mannequin Pis.

Really don't want to be going into the last day with less than 4 points ahead of Wigan, which means we must win tomorrow to have any chance of that.
