Heeeelllllppppp ... I just accidentally voted for a Home win. This could be catastrophic.
My predictions are notoriously crap as I always go for a Villa win but this could be the unluckiest thing I've ever done. If we lose on Saturday it'll all be my fault and we'll get relegated and that'll be my fault as well.
Oh god, what have I done ...

Bennett and in particular Lowton both had good games against Sunderland.  But both are naive as defenders.  They are both miles better going forward than at defending so hopefully the positioning and physicality is something they can get quickly.

It's a strange one, this.

If, before Monday, you'd have said to me "here's four points from Sunderland and Norwich", I'd have taken them.

However, two things are on my mind now. One is that, having done so well against Sunderland, I am thinking maybe we can continue that form for this game, and win. The other is that, if we get a draw from this, we are then left with two matches, Chelsea at home and Wigan away, and both of those matches look horrible. I really, really don't want to go to Wigan needing something, so that effectively leaves Chelsea at home.

All that combines to make this one from which three points would be huge.

I think the significance or otherwise of the Norwich result won't be known until we see how Wigan do with their game in hand.  I do think we'll be safe by the time we get to Wigan, although I'm by no means certain of that, but that's beacuse I expect them to drop points and us to beat a weakened/reserve Chelsea team at home.

I really fancy us to win on Saturday. If we do, that'll make us all but safe and plant Norwich firmly in the shit.

I think we need another 4 points to make sure without having to rely on Wigan helping us out by dropping points. For my healths sake I hope we can get 3 of them at Norwich rather than having to do it on the last day.

3 will do us. We'll get them on Saturday, comfortably.

I also think it's really important to win this Saturday to ease the pressure on the final two games. If we win at Norwich I could see us taking points in final two games, but if we lose I'll be getting a bit edgy again.

Money has been going on us to win.   Only 2.1 to win.

Which I would guess Lambert is thinking as well.No time to dwell on Mondays result and I don't think we will Villa win and WBA to do us a favour with Wigan and thats us practically safe

Norwich are there for the taking, a lot of their fans fans want the manager out, they offer little goal threat and now look like they could have a couple of key players out. If we go at them with the same focus as Monday night, battle every ball in midfield, we'll be too much for them. A half arsed performance like the Fulham game where we lacked any urgency and we'll probably only get a point, if that.

I get the feeling this team want to show the world just how good they can be so I'm going for a convincing Villa win.

4-0 Villa including Delph scoring a rocket from 25 yards.  The confidence is there.

My confidence is what's worrying me the most tbh.

Understandably, I think I can smell the faint whiff of over confidence.

I trust Lambert has the team's feet on the ground.

I hope Lambert hasn't got the team's feet on the ground.

Well not this particular member anyway.
