They're just analysing the other games and Gary Neville has picked up a reason that led to Spurs equaliser at the weekend, that no other pundit did. He's very good at his job.

Much better at it than andy gray.

Where is Clark? Not on the bench...rather Bennett be out. No defensive cover - problem all season. Not confident!

I just tweeted as much. He is very very good. I really enjoy seeing his analysis.

Would make an astute manager possibly.

Sensible side. We can't keep getting overrun in a two man center mid. Our weird 4-2-4 that we play too often doesn't work, either defensively or offensively.

I'm hoping for a good game from Sylla. I want to see him step up. So far he looks like a poor mans Osbourne if I'm being perfectly honest. Hopefully he can have an impact on the game though. He'll allow Delph and Westy a bit more freedom.

Much as Zog has improved since the turn of the year, he's still mostly a passenger when he plays. Weimanns been off the boil so if we do need some attacking flair in the 2nd half we could bring Charles on, if Andy's having a quiet game.

At some point, if we're can't get the breakthrough, I'd like to see Bent on. I'd fancy him to grab a goal against Sunderland. I do think Benteke could play the sort of wide role Andi does. Breaking into the middle. So we could conceivably fit Bent in without switching system or sacrificing Tekkers. Tekkey works the channels very well too.

I have warned Mrs Gervilla that there will be a lot of effing & blinding in the direction of the T.V. tonight .
Come On You Lions.

Thanks. I just passed that on to Mrs C, so that she feels less isolated. Maybe H&V should start a wives' thread, for therapy whilst other halves scream at the TV?

Amazing how 15 minutes before kick off the ground looks empty.
