Top Scorer Stats
« on: April 27, 2013, 12:19:31 PM »

Where would each Prem team be without their leading scorer? & the second table is % of goals each teams top scorer has scored.

Benteke's importance cannot be stressed enough.

It is particularly the failure to score at home that worries me.

16 goals in 17 home games, only QPR are worse.

Those stats are pretty meaningless because the table assumes whoever might have played in his place wouldn't have scored any at all! Or are they suggesting he'd have kept his place all season if he hadnt scored at all?

Bloody Hell, we're more of an one-man team than Spurs!

Rubbish stats. No value at all.  A scorer only scores chances created by the team.
