If we can keep the deficit down to two goals then I think it has been a decent result. I think we can at least score and make a contest of it though. I think we should go back to 4-3-3 with either Bannan or Sylla joining Westwood and Delph in midfield and also (as already mentioned) Benteke to have a stormer if we are to stand any glimmer of hope IMO.

Had a bizarre dream we turned them over 1-4 after they dropped points at West Ham.....back in reality a 3-0 defeat.
I think they are pretty average this season by their own standards, but RVP, Rooney and Co will give our back 4 problems all night.

I actually also had a dream regarding this match. I was following it on the BBC website. We were 2-0 up. They made it 2-1. I refreshed the page at the end to see it was 2-2. Rooney in the 87th minute. It should be noted that my football dreams rarely come true.

Customary handing over of points after a gallant performance - score immaterial but I`ll go 3-1

I think we need two red cards for Man Utd in the first ten minutes. Then I'd go for a nervy 2-3 win.
But in reality we'll lose 4-1.

This our equivelant of how Bradford must have felt. So we need their star striker ( Van P) to have a stinker like Benteke did at Bradford, oh and he must also fail to mark at corners. We must get a lucky first goal and Guzan must play the best game of his life.
Sorted. 3-1 Villa.

Think we need Tekkers to get mullering tips from Andy Carroll and then try and take out half their side while Richard Dunne does a hypnotic belly dance to distract the ref. This plan does however require that we roll Dunney out onto the pitch of course. But we can send Rooney and RVP to casualty in the first five minutes and then bring on Baker.

I was there the last time we beat them there. I have seen us win at wembley more often! Don't see a win this time though :-(
Have we won anywhere less often than old trafford in the modern era? ....obviously of the top tier teams.
