I'm glad they made a point of mentioning the disgruntled home support.

I found it quite amusing that on the big screen in the ground they showed the Villa fans during the 19th minute. The first shot of the Stoke fans was of them all arm waving in anger at how shit we were making Stoke look.

I'd also like to say that I can't decide which was the more erotic sight. Lowton twatting it in or the sight of 4 Villa players running towards Begovic with no other Stoke player in the same postcode. I have much manlove for Villa tonight.

No tears would be shed if they went down. They've bored the PL for too long now. Let's hope they go the way of Wimbledon, never to darken our door again.

Regarding the penalties thing - I see their 2 ball to hand incidents that can go either way and raise them gabby not falling over fast enough (and being booked for his troubles) and Weimann bouncing back up as 2 incidents of Villa players being caught in the box but not getting anything so probably 4 incidents that were all 50/50 and the ref was consistent in not giving any of them, seems fair to me.

What a great win!
I am so disappointed in the score though. Predicted it on here last night and someone replied 'get a bet on, it's 25-1'
Well I thought about it but didn't. When I actually bet it never works out.
Oh well

33/1 to win 3-1. And yes I had a fiver on it.  😀😀

Nice to see that two of those four players were Bent and N'Zogbia, suggests that they've still got a bit of hard-work left in them.

The motd commentator made me laugh talking about Michael Owen "he might as well retire than be sat there".
Just a tad harsh!

In an ideal world those going down would be Stoke, QPR and West Ham. Plus Sunderland to be relegated due to a new FA rule about having 2 consecutive wanker managers.

Well to go by the MOTD highlights, stoke were robbed by cheating Villa.
Gary said Villa were excellent.Lawro just sat looking clueless

Well he has predicted us to get 21 points so far (and QPR an unbelievable 52 points) so probably feels we let him down.
Always a relief to see him predict us to lose
