I couldn't listen or watch any of this so well done to those who did.

The result is all but the performance sounds good as well - beat the crap and give it a go against the high fliers - I can ask no more

Anyone reckon Fulham will be a bore-draw?

Oh My Days !!!

Lowton - you are a SUPERSTAR !!!

Were panicky, back to 1-1 and crowd and Stoke players starting to turn the game.

A moment of providence.

Cross glides over, Stokie heads out, ball lands on the chest, shapes up to volley and BANG - ball sails into the top corner from 30 + yards.

Story to tell my Grandkids. It was so beautiful I cried.

5000+ fans outsinging the thugs.

Benteke closer to 20 goals.

First away win at Stoke in the Prem.

3 points closer to safety.

Delph, Gabby, Guzan absolutely magnificent especially.

Goal difference improved.

Dragged the teams above back in it.

What a goal and what an important result! Depending on the Wigan/Sunderland results, I'm suddenly optimistic that we might not find ourselves back in the bottom three for the remainder of the season.  Wins against Fulham and Sunderland and we're as good as safe.

Indeed, agree totally. We've all said stupid things in there which have turned out be wrong as I'm sure most of us have done at matches.

I couldn't cope with the tension and was walking up and down my street following on Twitter - when Matthew scored I believe my neighbours had their suspicions about my sanity confirmed.

Jesus Christ how fickle we all are when Stoke equalised  ::)

Reason I stay off the match thread these days, I have embarrassed myself so many times!
It's the ranting and raving that keep me sane.

Wins against Fulham and Sunderland and we're as good as safe.

It all sounds so straightforward...

I would normally agree, but I think Lamb-Stockmix may be getting a few odd looks at the moment *winks*.

I'm so fucking tense.

If we score, my pants will fill with semen.

If they score, they'll be covered in shit.

I did my usual, in that on 70 i buggered off from all communication and we won again. It is working well!

From what I saw, I thought Shawcross and Huth, perhaps inevitably, shackled the big man well until, well, boom.

Gabby ran his arse off first half.

Bowery did well and held up the ball, brought the midfield into play and helped us get control of the ball.

Bennett had a good game - said it on the thread,we have to get him more involved in whipping the ball in, he has a wand of a left foot that one day will make him a top player.

Weimann was quiet but worked his arse off.

Westwood and Delph are a really good partnership. Milner with them just in front would be the bomb.

I hope those banging on that the likes of Westwood, Lowton, Bennett, Vlaar etc are not up to it will ease off on them. They could be excellent next season with a bit of confidence if we can survive this. Lambert is a good manager in my opinion, streets better than TSM last season and the O'Neill that left us. We need to stick with this group, they are showing they have guts too. Stay up and use a bit of the new TV cash, free up more wages from those who offer nothing and trust Lambert to go again.
