As much as you can scream abuse at the manager, he didn't send players out to make massive mental errors. Look across the season and there are so many examples of craziness that you'd scream at the 10yr for not a supposedly professional footballer at the top level of English football. It's maddening and depressing to think about what we've done to ourselves let alone what others have done to us this year.

Run sideways and generally look half a yard too slow?

Any other team would be really going for this now, including anyone who was 2-1 down to us. Instead of which we seem happy to just let things fizzle out. I can't imagine, say, Southampton, not throwing the kitchen sink at them if they were in the same position as us with 15 minutes to go

We've given away more than Bill Gates this season.

A win here would have been so valuable, even a point would have been critical.

He's had all season to see just how shit our defence is, yet did NOTHING to rectify the situation in January.  And January came after a truly horrendous December defence-wise.
