The skill that sets him out from most, and is what quality players have, is his ability to not panic when he has the ball, no matter who's around him and his is always willing to take the ball of someone and give them a pass. And then he generally passes to one of hos own players. Barcelona players all have this.

Agree.
Very 'Stan' Petrov, imo.

Ashley Westwood's 97% pass completion rate v QPR included nine from nine accurate long balls.

One other thing I like about him is the way he is always communicating with the players around him - you watch him , he is always pointing to where the pass should go / where the players in space are.

Definite future captain,  I think.

I think he's going to be a very good player indeed.

His ball through to Weimann to pull back for Benteke to score at Reading was sublime.

He's a good player, no doubt.   Wish he'd used his left foot though for that chance and he would have scored - and more importantly put the game away at 3-1.

That was Lowton.

Maybe usav was listening to Trevor Francis' erroneous commentary. Half the media don't know who a lot of our players are.

He is becoming more ambitious with his passing now as well, I think he'll be a top player.

Guzman made some top saves as well.

And Joe Bennett, the former Chesterfield player did well in the build up for our second goal.

It's embarassing. Had to laugh on one of the commentaries I was listening to when Bowery came on and there seemed to be an audible leafing through of the match-day squads to see who the fuck this big fella was.

Bowery has a distinctive "Power" sprint as well.

The commentator (not Beelzebub) called him Baker about half-a-dozen times.
