I know us mere supporters don't always see what the professionals in the game see, but what in the hell did any one of our scouts see in Joe Bennett?

Crying out for N'Zogbia to add a bit of direct running.  The midfield three are too similar for home games.  There's no width.

Jenas will score again if we don't start tracking his runs.  He has been wide open via a simple straight run twice since the goal but wasn't spotted for the pass.

I was just thinking the same thing. I've tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, and he can whip a good cross in from time to time, but he looks nowhere near good enough for the premier league at this stage. Not even close to it.

Unfortunately this team is just not good enough for this league.

How have we become so inept at Villa Park? Were we this bad pre-MON, under that tosser O'Leary too? I have to think under Gregory, Little, Big Ron, Sir Graham we were better than this. Surely?

Christ only knows. He's utterly hopeless and always out of his depth.

Get N'Zogbia on, we need someone who will commit players.

Trevor Francis expresses surprise that Lambert is missing an obvious tactical advantage in keeping Agbonlahor against Bosingwa.

Anyone here surprised by Lamberts lack of tactical nous? Because I'm fucking not.
