Right come on you Villa boys, today is a day to win and to stop QPR dead in their tracks. Get out there and win the game.

Jermaine Jenas is to start a match at Villa Park. Unusual.

How much did he cost us for '5' minutes of football?

Looking at their side, how they are in the bottom 3 is amazing really.

It's hard to believe. Bricking it a touch now.

Because they are good individual players for the most part just tossed together by Hughes and his usual overrated wastefulness.

If Benteke can shake off Samba enough and get at Hill, he'll have a field day.
Depending on how far Boswinga pushes forward, I'd fancy Gabby to have some joy too. Even if QPR sit back, I wouldn't fancy their full backs at all. Even less so than ours defensively.

Afternoon, gents.

Droopy is going all out attack with his team selection. I just hope we can show some strength and organisation at the back but it's the midfield where QPR are looking to dominate. I still think they'll beat us today, I just can't see us matching them and think they'll rip us apart, especially from the wings.

An early Villa goal could change everything. It gives us so much confidence and we start to look like a different team.

I wasn't going to watch this one but like any addict, even though you know it's not good for your health, you can't help yourself.

Come on Villa! Big, big performance needed today.

It's a bit like looking at our squad and thinking that Ireland, Nzogbia and Bent are the players to worry about.

QPR have a lot of players who've looked good a few years ago but were on the way down before they went there and haven't been able to get back to anything like their best.
