Let's remember also, despite all this scare-mongering about QPR's attacking threat, they are still the lowest scorers in the league. Even against Sunderland, their first was a fluke and the other two were screamers. We should be cautious given how awful our defence is, but we shouldn't be resigned to conceding against this lot.

Thats the thing though. Our awful defence makes us worried about anyone.

Agree Peter and Remy looks like a decent finisher.  They've also got some decent wide options who can exploit our defensive weakness in the full-back areas.

Remy is the one player who has me shivering like a shitting dog.
I reckon he'll be licking his lips at the prospect of playing against our defence.

Luckily, our superior firepower will kill them off.

Think there will be a big crowd for this one, all the main areas of VP are virtually sold out,

I really hope so. A big crowd and a rocking atmosphere is just what we need.

If we continue as we have the last few weeks, we will play quite well for periods of the game, but have at least 30 minutes of looking like we don't know what the round thing on the pitch is.

I believe it will come down to making sure we score the goals when we are on top and ensuring they don't score too many when we forget how to play.

I think we may need 3 goals to ensure a win, but I thought that last week too. It might not have always been pretty on Saturday, but there was some sort of resilience to hold on to the lead, which we haven't seen this season. That does give me hope. Vlaar may not be at the standard of centre back we are used to, but I think his presence is important.

I'll stick my neck out on 3-1 win, but am worried it will be 2-2 (which won't be the end of the world).

I can see plenty of unsold tickets. A good barometer for a 40k plus crowd is to see lots of tickets sold in the Trinity wings, and in P1 and P2, and all those areas have almost total availability.

Think it will be mid 30s at best , I would be amazed if we got 40000 for this game.

Cheeky.

Forgot to say, Traore, Tarrabt, and Cesar could all return for them tomorrow as well, which is quite worrying!

They can return tomorrow if they like, just as long as they're not playing on Saturday.  ;)
