QPR have sold out their allocation. Can't remember them doing that before.

I think we'll win 3-1 aswell. QPR for all their spending still have shite like Clint Hill at centre half. We'll get plenty of chances against their back 4 but so will they as they're playing Holliet now and I've always rated him.

What's important for me is for once we get a quick start at home. Thinking back to Wigan, Southampton and Newcastle and we were terrible in the first half of all those games and the opposition scored the important first goal.

Once we got going against Newcastle for example, we saw they were nothing special and could've easily forced a draw but so many easier to be in control when you don't actually have to chase the game.

I don't care if its the flukiest jammy goal ever seen at Villa Park. 1-0 will do me.

I'm going all out and predicting a Villa clean sheet.

2-0. Weimann and Benteke

Villa win. Really, REALLY looking forward to "The Beast of Belgium" versus Samba.

I'm meant to be around Walsall for a family do, but also meant to be working in aberdden. Wondering if it's worth fecking both of to go to the Villa.

Redknapp, post-match on Sat was on about how playing with two wingers and an open, attack-minded team had got them motoring. I do worry how our full backs will cope with in-form Hoilett and Townsend while Remy and Zamora will be a handful for Clark and Vlaar.

We haven't scored from open play at VP since the last sighting of white dog-shit was reported. Gonna be tough.

I have a feeling that we are going to make it hard for ourselves and lose this one. A point would be OK.

I agree. Hoping I'm wrong though.

If they do play that against us then our midfield will just dominate the game like they did against Reading. If they only play three attackers to combat our three in midfield then I think we will manage to hold them out. Either way I'm optimistic.

I just worked out that the last time villa scored a league goal at villa park from open play was . . .

Andi Weimann's second against Man Utd on 10 November, over four months ago.

That doesn't help my confidence levels!

Please someone tell me I made a mistake.
