There's a disconcertingly positive flavour to this thread!

That usually means the post-match thread begins with two pages of swearing and capital letters.

I'm skiiving off work 'ill' for this one, I hope it'll be worth the potential bollocking.

I would but then I wouldn't have any money to go up the Villa! ... then again I can rarely go because I'm always working on match days. It's an endless cycle.

Life really is a bitch pal. I have the same probs over here. Everybody wants me to work all day Saturday, pool cleaning and cleaning villa's. No is the answer, and i just work all day Sunday instead.

3 nil home win, 3 points of tenth place, what crisis?

It is too matey and if the BBC had a pair of balls between them they would change the lineup on a regular basis.

It would save a lot of money too. Nobody tunes in to see Hansen.

I'm sure I read somewhere that Hansen is paid something like £40,000 per week by the BBC, which is ridiculous for what he contributes.

In previous games Samba has struggled to deal with Gabby's pace. I want to see us go 4-4-1-1 with Gabby playing behind Benteke and making runs off his flicks.

I can't see this being a draw. So toss of a coin between who wins really. I'm gonna go for us. 2-0 with Weimann and Gabby getting them. I think the fact their CBs will put all their effort into stopping Benteke will free up lots of space for the other attackers. Hopefully they will stick with 4-4-2 which will help us to dominate midfield. Lowton vs Holleit will be key to keeping a clean sheet I guess.

A nail biting odd goal victory.
