I think so.

Our confidence must have been rock bottom for months now, it affects everything, routine tasks start to instil fear and doubt, and the little things start to go wrong, five yard passes straight to the opposition (Baker just now), that sort of thing.

I've only seen the last 10 minutes or so, but he seems well-trained, if you know what I mean; he looks like he know what his job is, and what his strengths are.
