Villa win. I think their little purple patch is over and hopefully ours is about to begin. Also, we have put in some decent away performances and scored a few goals.

Games this Saturday at 3:

- Norwich vs Southampton
- Reading vs Aston Villa
- QPR vs Sunderland

Massive, massive weekend for the relegation battle. I'm just chuffed Wigan have the distraction of an FA Cup Quarter Final to give us a chance at putting some space between us.

Difficult to say what would be the best results for us. Probably a Norwich win - Norwich are pretty safe and it keeps Southampton in the fight. If we beat Reading I would go for a QPR win-we will still be 4pts clear of QPR with a sixpointer the following week, and it will bring S'land back into the mix. If we lose or draw with Reading, I think we have to hope for a Sundeland win.

Best results for us are obviously Villa win, Norwich win and QPR draw.

I think we will slaughter Reading and then screw up royally against QPR.

I can see our lot crumbling under the pressure in this game it will be too much for them.  I think Reading will win 2-1.

But Lambert says his young lions have no fear...

3-1 Villa.  Benteke, Nzog and KEA.

I think I saw somewhere that Reading have only picked up 1 point from 5 games against Us, Southampton, Wigan and QPR that they've played so far.  We do like to break the mould though I suppose...

Its very exciting, if the wrong kind of excitement.

I cannot wait for the game on Saturday!

Same here. It's normally boring this time of year when we're out of the FA Cup.

I have a nasty feeling that we might throw it away here.

We don't score many, but they concede quite a few.

They tend to score quite late on.... We tend to concede late on.

It wouldn't surprise me if we got 1 up or 2-1 up only to draw it or lose it late on.

If it's tight towards the end I really don't fancy us, if however we can get out of sight for the last 15 mins we might just get the win.

I've had a quick look round some Reading forums and they all seem convinced that they'll get battered, collectively shitting themselves about Benteke and N'Zogbia.  Also they're complaining that their team can't perform in 6 pointers and all their signings have been shite (sound familiar?)

I think:

Clark to redeem himself by scoring on the 85th minute then single handedly repelling Reading's desperate assault in the last minutes of the game.

1-0 Villa, everyone moans about how shit we are regardless.

Reckon QPR will do MONerland so we'll have them breathing down our necks unless we win.   If we can't win then just pray none of the others do.
